Short and Sweet ....

Tonight while making cupcakes, I remembered that I wanted to share a tip with all of you. Not a recipe but a small, helpful tip. When I make cupcakes, after mixing all the ingredients in a large bowl, I pour the batter in a measuring cup. Depending the amount of batter, I use either a 4 cup size or a larger "pancake" batter size.

As you can see in the picture, it makes a lot mess than trying to use a spoon or pouring from the bowl directly into the muffin tins. Hope this is helpful and you are welcome to pass it along.
