Country FarmHouse Pumpkin Bread

Fall is in the air and that means ... Baking at the Country FarmHouse. Of course, it also means lots of Crockpot and Comfort Cooking but that would need another blog post. Most of my Facebook friends have been waiting very patiently (okay, not really patiently) for this recipe....

You are going to LOVE this Pumpkin Bread.

Ingredients Needed
1 cup Butter, softened
3 cups Sugar
3 eggs
3 cups Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
1 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 (16 oz) can of solid pack pumpkin
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well.

In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg). Mix well.

Add dry ingredient mixture into creamed mixture, making sure they are mixed well. Stir in can of pumpkin. Pour into 2 greased 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!
