Hot Chocolate Mix - FarmHouse Style

FarmHouse Style Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients
6.5 oz malted milk
11 oz dry coffee creamer (we use coffee mate, fat free)
2# box powdered milk
16 oz powdered sugar 
28 oz chocolate milk mix (we use Nestle's Quick)

This is a messy job - so be prepared.


I use an extra large mixing bowl when mixing ingredients. Mix all ingredients together; I add a little of each ingredient at a time. Continue mixing (use two mixing bowls, if necessary, and then put all back into one bowl) until all ingredients are well blended.

You may divide ingredients into smaller containers and use as gifts. I store mine in a cookie jar. 
To make a (regular) mug of FarmHouse Hot Chocolate: Add 1/4 cup of FarmHouse Style Hot Chocolate Mix into each coffee mug of hot water. 

Additional ingredients: Add a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate syrup or mini marshmallows.
